Terrible and embarrassing customer service. Both the employees and manager constantly failing to accurately deliver a basic order; each time they make an effort to argue that they did nothing wrong. At this establishment (if can even classify this poor excuse for a restaurant as one), the customer is always wrong.

Asked for variety packs of HOTSAUCE, GOT HOT ONLY!!!BUMMER

Before moving to Omak I had never been to a KFC/Taco Bell combo before, but now I wouldn't want it any other way! The food is always delicious and I'm able to get food for all my picky kids in one stop :)

Our local eatery has quick and friendly staff. They know their menu and customers. A select staff has been working together as a team and has made this career choice so, with a knowledge staff it is a place to stop and or drive through and order up great tasting meals. Thank you for being a pleasurable place to stop.

Grandsons ordered a plain cheese casadia and they charged him full price plus extra for sour cream. Is this policy or just like ripping off kids who don't know better.

Use to be great but after changing ownership it has gone completely downhill. Baja Blast is about the only thing still consistent.

Try ordering a taco supreme. You will find a fair amount of mystery meat a few veggies and that the sour cream your mouth is watering for is at the back end of your taco. A fair amount of it is still in the wrapper.

Amazing food.

The restaurant is dusty and there is dust all over my table, I wanted to speak to the manager but they said the manager was unavailable!!! Almost as bad as McDonalds #needsimprovement

Love it even though its usually a wait due to under staffing my food is on point and I love watching them hustle our order down the line!! They all work so hard really appreciate the employees there!! Good job!! Steak burrito supreme is my norm but the crunch wraps are off the hook, cheap and filling!!!

Only thing that could be better is the pool would be warmer.

It's gotten really good in recent months! If you didn't like the quality or speed last year, they have really improved now! They also have KFC so we drop in now and again, especially for the lunch deals. Food is good and the place is clean and busy. The employees are usually friendly and pleasant, too. Good for a fast meal!

Omak taco bell is always awesome food and service

The food was perfection. The staff were on fire! It's a good place to sit and eat.

I went thru the drive up to get a quick bite,wanted something other than a burger or chicken,but needed something fast and filling,with good service..the young man that waited on me was very pleasant and wished me a good rest of my day,rather than just "throwing"my food at me ..it was a very nice and pleasant young man to help with mt order.

I always receive good service & food. If there is a problem with the order they take care of it no problem.

I think it's our favorite fast food just because of the versatility, bean burrito, fresco style burritos, good low to medium calorie food options, not just high ones like other places.

The food was fine, and was fast. Not the cleanest.

I love the Taco Bell side. They have great food at a reasonable price. But it's also a KFC restaurant, which I don't love.

We go to this museum almost every time we go to Winthrop!! I see something new each time! It takes you back to another time!!
